All rates include free parking & WIFI. All rooms have private facilities, digital T.V, Hairdryer, ample Courtesy Tray & toiletries. Short breaks are available Tuesday – Saturday inclusive of dinner, not drinks, these are available to book via the office. Full Welsh breakfast, buffet & continental is served 8am – 9:30am.

BOOKING CONDITIONS & Cancellation Policy 

A deposit of £50 per person is required to confirm a reservation. Provisional telephone or email bookings are held for 3 days. Cancellation fees apply only if cancelled last minute & accommodation is not re-let & we are happy to hold deposits for future bookings should you need to change dates.

Restaurant Booking

For Guests choosing to dine in, during high season we offer a evening meal five nights a week, Tuesday - Saturday & Lunch on Sundays. The Restaurant opening times differ out of season, November – march, contact the office to check opening times. Sample Lunch & Evening menus & children’s menus are available on the website. Please notify us during booking, of any dietary requirements so we can ensure to meet your needs.

Extra Beds & Travel Cots

Extra beds & travel cots/cot bedding are available with prior request. Single rooms & snug doubles are not suitable to accommodate extra beds.

Pet Friendly

We have dedicated pet friendly bedrooms & welcome dogs with their well-behaved owners. Guide & support dogs are welcome throughout Castlemead. For more information on pet friendly accommodation please contact the office.
