Alfresco Catering was established by Lorna and Geoff Greasley in 1980 in their Tenby basement following a request for catering at a prestigious local event.
Since moving to Manorbier in 1987, we have extended our facilities considerably, encompassing the next generation of the family who bring more modern ideas.
However, at the heart of the business, we still offer a very professional yet personal service.

We offer a bespoke service, starting with an informal no-obligation discussion and a full free taster session. We take into account the facilities of the venue which may affect the style of service and dishes you choose.
Over the years, we have prepared and served a wide range of dishes throughout the county, including a Medieval Banquet prepared to authentic recipes, served in rustic bowls in Pembroke Castle, and Regimental Dinners with all their finery. To celebrate a visit by HM the Queen, we prepared a Canapé and Cocktail Party, thrown by Pembrokeshire County Council in a stunning marquee. We also designed a full afternoon tea for the inauguration of the Bishop of St Davids in the Bishop’s Palace. We love a challenge!
